"I cancelled my Allstate insurance on the 9th and on the 20th they still deducted payment from my account. I called my previous Allstate representative and she assured me the money would be refunded. Still no refund and since it over drafted my account a full week ago I now have a total of $42 in fees that I don't feel I should be responsible for. I sent them all the necessary paperwork to cancel and they did not do it and now..."
