Geico has been giving us run around and tried to use chinsy aftermarket parts

My husband's truck has been out of commission for a month, we finally got it back today but had to pay $1000! Our uninsured motorist deductible is only $100. Progressive do not get destroyed car towed and do not give us a rental car

"... I don’t understand why it took Progressive so long to contact my daughter, get her destroyed car towed and give her a rental car. The smashed car sat for 3 days in the rain and then a snow storm, so long that the City threatened to tow it. Tow truck companies are on call 24 hours a day. This could have been taken care of the day after the accident! I don’t understand why as soon as the car was towed and they gave us a value, they were ready to cut and send a check even though I told them that I was not accepting the total, and then they expected us to have the rental returned before we even had a chance to start looking or purchase a new vehicle due to the holiday, or before I even had the check in my hand..."

Geico was wrong who was at fault - 30%, 70%, 100%...

"... Unfortunately for me that driver and I both had Geico. Had accident at 13th October. At first they determined that my son was 70% at fault. After getting a lawyer they changed their thinking, saying the other driver was 70% at fault. Finally after gathering all the witnesses and threatening to sue, they decided that the other driver was 100% at fault. On 10th of November they finally sent an adjuster to look at my truck, which I had already taken to a body shop. On 12th of November they finally got me a rental car..."

Progressive towed our car to auction yard without our permission

"Once again, progressive is REFUSING to return calls or answer their phones. Their stole out car, had it towed to a auction yard without our permission, and trashed the interior. This car was brand new to us, and in excellent shape. Progressive is without a doubt the worst insurance company out there. BAD FAITH insurance. I highly recommend EVERYONE look into and don't let progressive get away with it..."

State Farm is paying claim to someone lying about me hitting her car

"State farm you suck! Been on the phone with you all day trying to explain my car has no damage because there was no accident! Yet you insist on paying a claim to someone who is lying about me hitting her car. In fact if you look her up in county records she had over 5 others court cases due to vehicle claims. I asked to speak with your fraud department & was flat out told NO very rudely by your liability lady! She just claimed we hit her car and State Farm just payed her with no damage

"A woman claimed my girlfriend hit her car when she didn't, there is no damage at all or proof of any kind and State Farm decided to just pay her. This supposed accident happened where there was plenty of witnesses and yet there none. They did a half assed investigation and because they can't prove the other lady was lying they just are just going to pay her. So I take that as they think we are lying. I won't be with a company that doesn't trust us. We'll be leaving State Farm after 15 years as a matter of principle. I would advise everyone else to do the same. If they don't trust us what's to stop them from finding faults and not paying if someone hits us? I won't take that chance with 2 vehicles, especially when one is brand new!! I have lost all faith in State Farm. In 48 hours I will no longer have them insuring my vehicles..."
