After getting a lawyer they changed their thinking, saying the other driver was 70% at fault. Finally after gathering all the witnesses and threatening to sue, they decided that the other driver was 100% at fault. On 10th of November they finally sent an adjuster to look at my truck, which I had already taken to a body shop. On 12th of November they finally got me a rental car..."
